João Viana

João Viana出生在1966年在安哥拉。毕业于科因布拉大学法律专业，在波尔图学习电影。他的工作领域包括制作，声音，故事板，导演编剧。2007年，他为电影导演保罗·罗查写了剧本Olhos Vermelhos。2004年，他开始导演自己的电影，与Iana Ferreira合作的电影A PISCINA （威尼斯电影节竞赛片）。目前他正在制作第一部故事片，由Papaveronoir担任制片。

João Viana was born in Angola in 1966. Graduated in law at the university ofCoimbra and studied cinema in Porto. He worked in the areas of production,sound, story-board, direction e script-writing. In 2007, he wrote the script“Olhos Vermelhos” for film-director Paulo Rocha. He worked with prestigiousfilm directors like Oliveira, Biette, César Monteiro, Schroeter, José AlvaroSeixas Santos, among others. He started to direct his own films in 2004 withthe film A PISCINA (in competition at the Venice Film Festival), co-directedwith Iana Ferreira. At present he is working on is first feature film, producedby Papaveronoir.
